Wow what a great meeting.  !!!!!!

The 5 in 5 has been kicked off.  With 25 persons in attendance a lot of great suggestions for our community were brought forward.

What is the 5 in 5?

·       A Community planning process designed to create a discussion about what kind of place we want Lisbon to be.

·       Mission….to provide a positive, community-wide, enhancement program in Lisbon, Iowa, which identifies five local improvements and development projects that can be accomplished in five years.

·       Vision….Create a positive image of Lisbon that inspires community pride and encourages people to visit, do business, and to live in Lisbon.

·       Goal is to generate a wish list that will generate the groundwork of long-term growth efforts for the city of Lisbon
